We were allocated a small area within a large tyre centre to create storage for 600 tyres. In addition to getting the storage capacity right, the client was also keen to ensure the racking looked aesthetically pleasing as clients can see the tyre racking from the waiting area.
We used our galvanised steel tyre racking system and with 4 storage levels in each bay which easily achieved their required storage capacity.
All of the racking was bolted down and we also provided frame and wall ties to give additional structural integrity.
A set of warehouse steps were also provided to ensure safety when picking from height.
