H-Racks utilised the space on a client’s mezzanine floor to install a large tyre racking system.
With five storage levels in the height, we maximised the available headroom and provided warehouse steps to pick from the upper levels. We took consideration of the point loads the new racking would impart on the mezzanine decking and installed steel spreader plates beneath each racking upright to help spread the load.
Health and Safety was important as we moved the racking around this operational site. Our method statement was created following in depth discussions with the client to ensure a smooth and safe build.
